O emprego conjunto da logística militar em operações GLO e segurança pública: análise de evento de tentativa de resgate de criminoso em estabelecimento prisional

Abstract

This paper aims to analyze, in the context of strategic logistics, the need to foresee and provide logistical resources (war material) consistent with the actions to be developed by the Armed Forces in the area of Guaranteeing Law and Order (GLO) operations and by the Military Police in the area of Public Security operations, as well as the challenges and opportunities for the joint use of war resources, training and preparation of troops. The methodology used was based on documentary analysis and theoretical references produced in large academic institutes focused on security and defense. As a result, it was determined the need to review the regulatory standard regarding Products Controlled by the Army, the celebration of agreements or similar instruments that may allow the emergency use of war material and the promotion of academic research that interweaves the activities of the Armed Forces with the activities of the Military Police in Military Schools and Military Institutes.
