Os desafios logísticos no enfrentamento ao desaparecimento de pessoas como um problema de Segurança Nacional sob a perspectiva da Segurança Humana

Abstract

The objective of this research will be to understand the logistical challenges in combating the disappearance of people as a National Security problem from the perspective of Human Security, with an emphasis on the Brazilian context. The methodology adopted in terms of nature will be applied research, in terms of approach it will be qualitative, in terms of objectives it will be exploratory research and in terms of technical procedures it will be based on bibliographic and documentary research. The results indicate that there is no standardization that favors logistics at a global level regarding the concept of missing persons, nor regarding search, location and investigation procedures. It was concluded that, in order to face the disappearance of people as a problem of national and human security, the logistical aspect is of high importance, especially the legal instrument that will allow the scope or limitation of public policy.
