| Abstract: | This work explores the training of human resources to work in the Defense Strategic Intelligence Activity, seeking to understand how the Brazilian Army plans this training and comparing it with the model adopted by the other members of the Defense Intelligence System and other nations of reference in the world. The aim is to present aspects of the current training structure of Brazilian Army officers for the Intelligence Activity, analyzing its contribution to the Strategic Defense Intelligence Activity. This is a bibliographical research of current legislation and academic papers related to the subject. As a result, it concludes that the current structure is deficient for the purpose proposed in the study, requiring a reformulation, both in structure with the creation of an Intelligence career, and in doctrine, with its unification in a School of Defense Intelligence. |
| Description: | Este trabalho explora a formação dos recursos humanos para a atuação na Atividade de Inteligência Estratégica de Defesa, buscando entender de que forma o Exército Brasileiro planeja essa formação e comparando com o modelo adotado pelos demais integrantes do Sistema de Inteligência de Defesa e de outras nações de referência no mundo. O objetivo é apresentar aspectos da atual estrutura de formação dos oficiais do Exército Brasileiro para a Atividade de Inteligência, analisando a sua contribuição para a Atividade de Inteligência Estratégica de Defesa. Trata-se de pesquisa bibliográfica da legislação vigente e de trabalhos acadêmicos relacionados ao tema. Como resultado, conclui que a estrutura atual é deficitária para a finalidade proposta no estudo, carecendo de uma reformulação, tanto em estrutura com a criação de uma carreira de Inteligência, como em doutrina, com a unificação em uma Escola de Inteligência de Defesa. |
