| Abstract: | The relevance of Strategic Intelligence for the Federal Police (PF) is materialized in its Strategic Plan, Map and Planning, which serve to direct the strategic actions of its projects and processes towards management advice and the fight against crime. Also, in the field of the PF Strategic Intelligence, this paper highlights the current Strategic Analysis Division of the Police Intelligence Directorate (DAE/DIP/PF), result of a new and modern organizational identity of the PF. However, despite these innovations and actions, the PF (the DAE/DIP/PF, specifically) still lacks, in its organizational structure, a specific nucleus dedicated to the strategic scenario analysis, in order to meet the new demands and events triggered by this new world filled with disruptive means of criminality and threats. |
| Description: | A relevância da Inteligência Estratégica para a Polícia Federal (PF) está concretizada em seu Plano, Mapa e Planejamento Estratégicos, os quais servem para direcionar as ações estratégicas de seus projetos e processos ao assessoramento gerencial e ao combate à criminalidade. Ainda no campo da Inteligência Estratégica da PF, destaque para a atual Divisão de Análise Estratégica da Diretoria de Inteligência Policial (DAE/DIP/PF), resultado de uma nova e moderna identidade organizacional da PF. Entretanto, apesar dessas inovações e ações, a PF (a DAE/DIP/PF, especificamente) ainda carece, em sua estrutura organizacional, de um núcleo específico direcionado à análise de cenários estratégicos, a fim de atender a novas demandas e eventos desencadeados por esse mundo novo recheado de disruptivos meios de criminalidade e ameaças. |
