Polícia Judiciária e Perícia: entrega de um serviço único e efetivo à sociedade?

Abstract

This monograph deals with the analysis of risk by passing the pre-procedural investigations carried out on Brazilian Judiciary Police, whether they be state or federal level, if the expert body apart is its structure. The aim of this study is to diagnose the importance of the expert body belonging to the structure of the judicial police in Brazil. The approach methodology is the hypothetical-deductive, which for the problem: To what extent research function, guarantor of citizenship exercise, benefits from the expert body belonging to the structure of the judicial police in Brazil? The hypothesis was established: The research methodology was the bibliographical, documentary and field. The questionnaire technique for obtaining data to substantiate the risk analysis was adopted. The field of study is delimited to the final product of the judicial police is the police investigation, and as such distancing may ultimately affect the results of this product presented to society. The research points conclusion, considerations and suggestions to be considered by managers of the judicial police and the managers in expertise, all backed the arguments presented during the research report and risk analysis drafted. The results confirmed the necessity of a nationwide search to be carried out by an nationwide organ in partnership with scientific research institutions exempt, having been carried out pre-project for this by way of suggestion.
