| Description: | Este trabalho teve como meta identificar os objetivos nacionais fundamentais como objetivos do poder judiciário e, em seguida, definir a natureza jurídica dos objetivos nacionais fundamentais. Os objetivos nacionais foram examinados sob variadas óticas (sociológica, conceitual, histórica, doutrinária, constitucional e jurídico-política) e o poder judiciário teve sua atuação contextualizada e definida, restando clara a vinculação entre ambos. Ao final, estabeleceu-se a natureza jurídica principiológica dos objetivos nacionais fundamentais. |
