Ação da Inspetoria Geral das Polícias Militares na Brigada Militar do Rio Grande do Sul: reflexos para a Segurança e Defesa Nacionais

Abstract

The purpose of this article is to evaluate the effects of the General Inspectorate of Military Police on the Military Brigade of Rio Grande do Sul in the years 2018 and 2019, especially with a view to the results in Public O r der that impact on the improvement of the National Defense. The research is justified to the extent that it allows better conditions for the application of EB in situations of this nature, avoiding losses to National Security and Development. The research method employed was the case study, with documentary analysis and bibliographic research of documents related to the theme and survey of governmental information. As a result, it is concluded that the actions collaborated to rai se the level of performance of the police, allowing the control of Public Safety indexes. Thus, it guaranteed the employment of the FA in other functions, relieving the Union of these tasks.
