Atuação da Advocacia Geral da União durante a crise sanitária da Covid-19

Abstract

The purpose of this work is to present the actions of the F ederal Attorney Generals Office during the health crisis of Covid 19 in Brazil, while analyzing and making proposals regarding this performance. In order to achieve that objective, the hypothetical deductive methodology of research was used with the study of normative documents, identification of concrete cases, investigation of non reserved institutional information, easy to access and interpret, as well as bibliographic and media . Based on such analyzes, it describes the context of the crisis, reports the origins of the Federal Attorney General s Office, and exposes its performance in that context, in order to verify its quality and effectiveness in the course of the referred crisis, including with regard to crisis management, to at the end, develop proposals for institutional end process improvement.
